Here at City Blue Ray, we offer a large range of media services to suit your CD and DVD needs. Our offers include duplication, printing, encoding and any packaging needs.

Whether you need to duplicate one disc a month or hundreds of them a week we have a duplicator and/or printer for you, in both automated and manual varieties. If you need on-disc printing, we have inkjet and thermal options that range from entry-level models to high-throughput commercial behemoths. Plus, we offer a full-range of blank CD-Rs, DVD-Rs, and DVD+Rs, as well as packaging, wrapping, and mailing options.

Do you have an old video tape of precious footage that you want to convert into a more usuable medium? Here at City Blue-Ray we offer a VHS to DVD service that allows us to convert your old tapes into a usable media.

Differences between Duplication and Replication

Duplication

Duplication (or burning) is the process in which a master CDR or DVDR media is duplicated onto a blank media, then running the disc under inkjet, thermal or label . This process is allows quick turn around and is best suited for runs with low amount of units ordered, or when turn around is the highest of priorities.

Replication

Replication is a the commercial industry standard for processing discs of high quantities. What is involved in this process is for a media mould to be created from the original disc to be used in a large industrial machine to mass produce the discs from scratch.

What this offers for our customers, is that we can provide a much higher quality of disc in comparision to duplication, and also at larger quantities it is much more economical.
